4. Assessment Integrity

Candidates taking assessments agree to:

• Complete assessments independently without unauthorized assistance
• Not share assessment content with others
• Provide accurate identity information
• Allow behavioral monitoring during assessments

Violations may result in assessment invalidation and account termination.

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

testwrld retains all rights to our platform, assessments, and AI technology. Customers retain ownership of their data and assessment results.

7. Limitation of Liability

testwrld is not liable for hiring decisions made based on assessment results. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
